MASKA ORGANICS – SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Currently we are offering Limited Time Free Shipping on all orders over $50 within US.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and are estimates only. Maska Organics is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@maskaorganics.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date, and include your order number and photos if applicable.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
