1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maska Privé Connect mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the End User License Agreement (EULA), and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Create and maintain an active account
• Use the App exclusively with Maska Organics products
• Maintain required product replenishment
• Comply with ongoing 90-day access reviews

The App is not intended for individuals under 18.
If we discover that an account was created by someone under 18, access will be terminated and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. App Purpose
The App provides:
• Emotional check-ins
• Ritual-support tools
• Reflective prompts
• Mantras and wellness content
• Personalized and automated experiences
• Rule-based and future intelligent technologies
The App does NOT provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical advice.

4. Exclusive Use With Maska Products
The App is designed for use only with Maska Organics products. Using the App with unrelated or competing products may degrade performance or invalidate guidance.

5. Account Creation & Security
Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts.

6. 90-Day Access Review
Your access may be reviewed every 90 days based on:
• Product replenishment status
• Ritual adherence
• Usage activity
• Eligibility compliance
Access may be limited or expired if requirements are not met.

7. Product Replenishment Requirement
To maintain full App functionality, you must replenish qualifying Maska products at least once every 90 days. Failure to replenish may result in limited or disabled access. Access may be restored upon replenishment.

8. Acceptable Use
Users may NOT:
• Misuse the App
• Circumvent access or replenishment systems
• Reverse-engineer or extract App code
• Use bots or scraping tools
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Interfere with App security or operations
• Impersonate others

9. Automated Content Disclaimer
The App may provide content generated through:
• Predefined workflows
• Data-driven personalization
• Automated systems
• Future intelligent technologies
Such content is informational and wellness-oriented only—not professional advice.

10. Notifications
Users may receive reminders, prompts, updates, and access-related notices. Notifications can be disabled in device settings.

11. Intellectual Property
All content in the App is owned exclusively by Maska Organics LLC. No rights are transferred to the user.

12. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party providers such as:
• Cloud hosting
• Analytics and performance tools
• Notification systems
• Authentication services
Users agree to the terms of these providers where applicable.

13. App Updates & Modifications
Maska Organics LLC may add, modify, or remove features at any time, including intelligent or automated systems. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

14. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for:
• Violations of these Terms
• Failure to meet replenishment requirements
• Misuse of the App
• Fraud, abuse, or technical interference
• Discontinuation of the App
Users must delete the App upon termination.

15. Limitation of Liability
Maska Organics LLC is NOT liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of wellness outcomes
• Errors in automated or personalized content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Use of non-Maska products affecting performance
The user’s sole remedy is to stop using the App.

16. No Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

17. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Maska Organics LLC against claims arising from:
• Misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of laws or regulations
• Misuse of wellness or generated content

18. Export Compliance
Users agree not to export or use the App in violation of U.S. export control laws or OFAC regulations.

19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America, State of North Carolina..      

20. Severability
If any section is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable.

21. Changes to Terms
Maska Organics LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
