MASKA PRIVÉ CONNECT - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you”) and Maska Organics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) governing your use of the Maska Privé Connect mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it immediately.
This Agreement operates alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. License Grant
Maska Organics LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App solely for personal wellness and ritual-support purposes
• Access content, insights, and features offered through the App
This license does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted remain with Maska Organics LLC.

3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App—including wellness frameworks, rituals, emotional check-in systems, guided content, mantras, logic flows, adaptive systems, future intelligent technologies, design, branding, and software—is the exclusive property of Maska Organics LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, extract, or create derivative works of any part of the App.

4. Intended Use & Product Requirement
The App is designed exclusively for users of Maska Organics products.
Rituals and features rely on proper usage and replenishment of Maska products.
Using the App with non-Maska products may reduce accuracy or functionality.

5. 90-Day Access Review
Your access eligibility is reviewed every 90 days based on:
• Account activity
• Ritual adherence
• Product replenishment
• Usage patterns
Ineligibility may limit features or expire access.

6. Access Expiration & Replenishment Requirement
You must replenish eligible Maska Organics products at least once every 90 days to maintain full access.
Lack of replenishment may pause or reduce App functionality.
Full access restores once replenishment is completed.

7. Automated, Intelligent, and Generated Content Disclaimer
The App may provide automated:
• Mantras, reflections, and ritual prompts
• Emotional insights and daily guidance
• Pattern-based or rule-based suggestions
• Future intelligent or adaptive system outputs
These are for general wellness only and not medical or therapeutic advice.
You are solely responsible for how you use or interpret this content.

8. User Responsibilities
You may not:
• Circumvent eligibility systems
• Use bots or scraping mechanisms
• Reverse-engineer the App
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Interfere with App operations or security
Violations may result in immediate termination.

9. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
You are responsible for activity associated with your account.

10. User-Generated Content
Your mood entries, notes, reflections (“User Content”) remain yours.
You grant Maska Organics LLC permission to:
• Store and process User Content
• Display it within the App
• Use it to generate personalized experiences
• Improve App functionality
We do not sell User Content.

11. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Retention practices.

12. Updates & Modifications
We may update the App by adding, modifying, or removing features.
Some updates may involve new intelligent or adaptive systems.
Continued use indicates acceptance.

13. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party technologies such as cloud hosting, analytics, performance tools, and notifications.
By using the App, you agree to their terms.

14. Termination
We may terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• You fail replenishment requirements
• You misuse the App
• The App is discontinued
You must delete the App upon termination.

15. Limitation of Liability
Maska Organics LLC is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Interpretations of wellness or emotional content
• Errors in automated or generated guidance
• Issues arising from use of non-Maska products
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

16. No Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Maska Organics LLC against claims arising from:
• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your breach of applicable laws

18. Export Compliance
You agree not to use or export the App in violation of U.S. export laws or OFAC regulations.

19. Age Requirement

The App is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not permit the use of the App by anyone under 18.
If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account or accessed the App, we will immediately terminate the account and delete any associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America, State of North Carolina.

21. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

22. Changes to Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
